Unit Modifications
Unit renovations are not permitted without first having the design and specifications approved by PEKA on behalf of the Board. A Condominium Renovation Request Form must be completed, submitted and approved in advance. Renovations may only begin once approval has been provided by PEKA. All renovation work may be subject to inspection while in progress and/or upon completion. RENOVATION REQUEST forms are available from PEKA Professional Property Management at their website https://peka.ab.ca/client-portal-condo Two options are available:

AIR CONDITIONING Air Conditioning units are not permitted. SCREEN DOORS In supporting Crossbow Point maintaining its "luxury" condo status, the consistency of visual appeal is an important factor where common property and exterior views come into play. In support of this goal screen doors are permitted provided they comply with the following requirements. With compliance, renovation approval is not required.
