MOVING IN OR OUT
ELEVATOR - RESERVING USE
An elevator control key is available from PEKA to assist you in the moving process.
• Please contact PEKA in advance to make appropriate arrangements for key pick up.
• Kindly make the elevator available for the use of other residents at any time that you are
not actively moving furniture/boxes/etc.
• The key must be returned to PEKA by the user.
ELEVATOR BLANKETS FOR MOVING
Elevator blankets are required and are available to protect the inside of the elevator while moving large items in and out of your unit.
• Please contact PEKA (see Contact Information in this Guide) a few days in advance to
ensure that they are available for your move.
CONNECTING YOUR PHONE TO THE LOBBY CALL PANEL:
If you wish to have your Unit’s phone number (or your cell phone number) added to the front door call panel, please contact PEKA (see Contact Information section of this Guide). Panel updates are completed each week on Friday. Please be sure to advise PEKA of the following information:
Once the call panel has been programmed with the phone number, you must press ‘9’ on your phone to buzz guests in.

- Building address (155 or 175 Crossbow Place)
- Unit Number
- Phone number to be connected
- Names of Residents to be displayed (unless requested to not display name(s)). If names of Residents are not displayed on the panel, guests and visitors need to be advised of your unit number in advance of visiting.
