Guest Rooms
There are a total of four guest rooms available for booking.
- Two guest rooms are located in each residential building (155 and 175).
- A guest bedroom includes a full bathroom.
- Maximum occupancy of a room is 2 adults & 2 children.
- Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance, and for a 1 week maximum stay.
- A user agreement is required to be signed by the owner/tenant. For a copy of the user agreement please click HERE.
- Check-in Time: 3:00 pm; Check-out time: 11:00 am
- Blanket, pillows, comforter and fridge are provided.
- Use of shower/tub: please note that the shower is activated by turning on the taps and then pulling down on the ring at the mouth of the water spout.
- You will have to provide pillow cases, queen sized sheets, towels & toiletries (e.g., soap, shampoo) for your guests.
Guest Room Bookings
- COST: First night $85 (includes rental, cleaning, booking and admin fees). Each additional night is $40.
- Reservations can be held without payment for up to 7 days and will be confirmed once we receive your signed rental agreement and payment in full. No cash please. All payments will be by cheque or e-transfer.
- Refunds (less a $45 cancellation fee) will be issued for any reservation cancelled 7 days prior to the first day of the reservation. For clarification: a reservation starting on a Friday would need to be cancelled before midnight on Thursday of the week before. No refund will be issued for cancellation less than 7 days prior to the first day of the reservation.

Guest Room Availability

To book a guest room, first look at the above availability calendar. Find available dates for guest rooms by scrolling through the calendar for the different guest rooms. If the bottom right corner of a date is white, the guest room is available for that night. If the top left corner of a date is white, the room is available for the night before. Once you have found available dates for a specific guest room, fill in the contact form below and submit a request to the guest room coordinator. The calendar is updated after each booking request is processed. However, it is possible that, due to multiple requests, the room you request may not be available.
BOOKING REQUESTS can only be made by Registered Owners or Registered Tenants that are on file with PEKA Professional Property Management.
Once you receive a booking confirmation including the total cost, you can make a payment by Interac e-Transfer to [email protected] or by cheque payable to Crossbow Point.
