Bicycle Storage

Bicycles are permitted to be stored in the storage lockers located in front of your parking stall in the parkade or within your titled parking stall area.  Locks and bicycle mounts are NOT permitted to be permanently (e.g., bolted) attached to common property walls (e.g., cinder block walls or concrete walls adjacent to a parking stall, or any other area) .

• At this time, bicycles are permitted to be stored in the garage on common property provided that the bicycle is permanently labelled with the owners name, building and unit numbers.

• Bike racks are also located outside for temporary day use.
• Bicycles are not to be brought through the common area including hallways, stairwells, elevators, etc.

 Note: Bicycles are NOT permitted to be stored on balconies
