KEYS AND ACCESS FOBs
Unit Keys
Keys for individual units are controlled by the owner. In the event that you
lose the keys to your unit you will need to contact a locksmith to gain access.
Electronic Code Deadbolt Door Locks
Effective February 2018, electronic code deadbolt door locks are
approved for use provided they comply with the standards as outlined in the linked document.
Building Keys
Owners are provided with two keys for residential access. Additional or
replacement keys can be purchased from PEKA.
FOBs
Three FOBs (radio frequency identifier [RFI] devices) are provided to owners to access the parking garages, amenities building (Owners' Fireside Lodge), pool, fitness room and theatre. FOBs are also required to access the 155 and 175 building lobbies and the 155 side access door. Replacement FOBs can be purchased from PEKA (note: lost FOBs will be deactivated). FOBs are limited to three per unit. The Board may consider exceptions under unusual circumstances. If the Board should grant an exception a FOB can be purchased from PEKA.
In the case of multiple ownership, exceptions to the number of FOBs issued can be granted. In such a case the number of FOBs issued will equal the number of Owners plus one. The cost of any FOB in the excess of 3 will be charged to the Owner(s). Further, that upon a unit’s change of ownership, the related FOB entitlement for the Owners will automatically be reset to 3, unless otherwise supported by ownership numbers for the unit in question.
