Property Management and Maintenance

A copy of the Condominium Management Agreement for PEKA Services can be found on the documents page. Requests relating to Crossbow Point's administration, operations and Board requests should be submitted to PEKA for review, coordination, reply or processing as may be applicable.

Security
​Spillett Security Group Inc. provides patrol and on-call service.  The Service should be contacted in matters relating to trespass, noise complaint or other disturbance.  For details please click for the Emergency Services section 

​Custodial / Janitorial / Pool Services
Cliff, one of our valued owner residents, provides an important range of custodial and pool maintenance services to Crossbow Point concerning common property areas. In the event of a common property area spill, non-working electrical or mechanical item, Cliff may be contacted at [email protected]​

​Grounds Maintenance and Other Maintenance
Crossbow Point, through PEKA Professional Property Management Ltd., contracts with various professional firms to provide maintenance services, including:
- road maintenance
- grounds keeping
- snow removal
- plumbing (common property)
- electrical maintenance (common property)
- HVAC maintenance
- lobby intercom system
- window cleaning (external)
