OWNERS`FIRESIDE LODGE (Amenities Building)

This building (165 Crossbow Place) is a great facility for the additional benefit of residents and their guests. The Lodge is a secured access building requiring use of your fob, and is open from 6:00 AM until 11:00 PM at which time the area is alarmed for security. Some other restrictions apply:
  • Hot tub and Pool closes at 10:30 p.m.
  • All visitors must have the permission of a Crossbow Point owner or tenant to utilize the facilities
  • Pets are not permitted
  • Lobby doors must be maintained securely closed (not propped open)
  • Security cameras in operation, supported with security patrol; security alarm active during closed hours; fob usage records unit number and time of entry
  • No one under the age of 18 is permitted to be in the Lodge unless accompanied by a parent or resident

The Lodge consists of:         
Great Room: A large room for private larger functions, which includes use of the kitchen and BBQ along with a number of tables and chairs.
  • Available for exclusive use by an owner/tenant.
  • Reservations up to 6 months in advance. (Contact: Cliff Block at 403-609-2024 or mtn.springs106@gmail.com).
  • Capacity of the room is 50 people.
  • A user agreement is required to be signed by the owner/tenant. Download of the User Agreement is available through these links: Great Room Use  - AGREEMENT STANDARD and Great Room Use - AGREEMENT NO FEE.

FEES - The Great Room Use
The fee structure charged for Great Room use and damage deposit will be reviewed from time to time by the Board. The User Fee is based on reasonable cost to the user and normal cleaning expense by the caretaker. The refundable damage deposit and compliance fee is intended to increase the user’s level of commitment to act in accordance with the applicable Agreement and maintain in good condition the facility, furnishings, dishes, equipment and other amenities.  Additional charges will be levied to the User in the event of damage and/or exceptional cleaning if not fully covered by the damage deposit.




1.Exclusive use of the room, the kitchen, supplies and barbeque


The User Fee and Damage Deposit (see above) are payable in advance at the time of booking.

Agreement is required.

Cancellation:   
User Fee:
A full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs four or more weeks prior to the date of the event. A 50% refund will be granted if cancellation occurs within four weeks of the date of the event.


Damage Deposit: A full refund will be granted if the event is cancelled.

(Note: The above payment schedule replaces a schedule requiring $100 for room use. Prior to that the User Fee was $150)

2.Exclusive use of the Great Room (excluding kitchen, supplies and barbeque) is available at NO CHARGE for up to three hours subject to a maximum of 25 attendees. AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED which does not contain any ‘User Fee’ and ‘damage deposit’ terms.

3.Non-exclusive use of the Great Room is available at NO CHARGE for up to three hours subject to a maximum of 25 attendees.  Agreement is NOT required

Note:

Exclusive use applies only to the above stated facilities and EXCLUDES guest use of other amenities such as the pool, shuffleboard tables, fireplace lounges, meeting room, swimming pool, dry sauna, steam room and hot tub.

 • Games area: An open area containing two pool tables and a shuffleboard
    table
 • 3 Fireplace Lounge areas
 • Library, a small Meeting Room, Movie Theatre
 • Steam Room, Dry Sauna, and Fitness Room, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub 
    – open from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM at which time the area is alarmed for security.
 • Swimming Pool and Hot Tub
    – Prohibited items include all glass and plastic containers & drinks of any
    type
