LED low wattage lighting tubes installed in parkades and stairwells; this will result in significant savings helping us to manage effectively the annual expenses for utilities.

​Hot Water Tanks
​

Installation of four new hot water tanks in September 2016. This is part of ongoing long-term maintenance projects. That successful execution of this project will safeguard the continual availability of hot water throughout the entire complex for many years.
