Policies and Procedures/Part 3: Amenities

GUESTS AND GUEST SUITES

In light of the current COVID-19 emergency concerns, at this time we ask that our Suites only be booked for use in the event of essential family or personal need.  Bookings may not be available in your building of choice as cleaning considerations may dictate availability.

Guest Policy

For ready reference by both your Guests and yourself, a Resident and Visitor Information Sheet is available. We ask owners to consider printing this document and posting it in a convenient place for reference by your overnight Guests/Visitors. A copy of this document is posted on the inside of the main door of each Guest Suite

GUESTS

Maximum stay for any specific guest or visitor is:
 • 30 consecutive days, and
 • 60 cumulative days within a 365 day period.

If a guest exceeds either of the above maximum stay conditions, they are deemed to be an occupant and are subject to various occupant requirements such as Age 40 minimum and specific parking requirements.



GUEST SUITES

There are a total of four guest suites available for booking.
•  Two guest suites are located in each residential building (155 and 175).
•  A guest suite consists of a bedroom and a full bathroom.
•  Maximum occupancy of a Suite is 2 adults & 2 children.
•  Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance, and for a 1 week maximum stay.
•  A user agreement is required to be signed by the owner/tenant and nominal fees are
   charged. For a copy of the user agreement please  click.
•  Check-in Time: 3:00 pm; Check-out time: 11:00 am
•  Blanket, pillow, comforter fridge and coffee maker are provided
•  Use of shower/tub: please note that the shower is activated by turning on the taps and
   then pulling down on the ring at the mouth of the water spout.
•  You will have to provide pillow cases, sheets, towels & toiletries (e.g., soap, shampoo) for
   your guest

Guest Suite Bookings
•  Cost: $35 per night plus $30 one time cleaning charge. Please note that cancellation of a reservation must be received by the Board representative no later than one week prior to the date of arrival or the user fee will be forfeited (the cleaning fee will not be charged under such circumstances)
